1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FocusBloom, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

• FocusBloom Premium is available as a monthly, semi-annual, or annual auto-renewable subscription.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings.
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, except as required by applicable law.
• A 7-day free trial is available to new subscribers. Unused trial time is forfeited upon purchase.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, and code in the App are owned by or licensed to FocusBloom. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or brand features.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FocusBloom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We will update the “Last updated” date above when changes are made.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
