• Data stored on your device only: All focus sessions, tasks, and settings are stored locally on your device using SQLite. We do not transmit this data to any server.
• Subscription information: If you subscribe to FocusBloom Premium, Apple processes your payment. We receive only a confirmation of your subscription status from Apple’s StoreKit framework. We do not receive your payment details.
• No analytics or tracking: We do not use any third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking tools.

2. How We Use Information

The limited information we access is used solely to:

• Provide and improve the App’s core functionality (focus timer, task management, ambient sounds).
• Verify your subscription status to unlock premium features.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties. Your focus data never leaves your device.

4. Third-Party Services

FocusBloom uses Apple’s in-app purchase system (StoreKit) for subscriptions. Apple’s privacy practices are governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy.

5. Data Retention

All app data is stored locally on your device. You can delete all data at any time by uninstalling the App. We do not retain any data on external servers.

6. Children’s Privacy

FocusBloom is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
